We assist a variety of QME providers that work on workers' comp cases in California including specialties of Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, and more.
We offer a virtual meeting with our Clinical Director and Operations Manager to review the contract and answer any questions you may have. Our support staff will ask you for copies of your professional license, QME certificate and malpractice insurance policy and we will take it from there!
We charge on a per case basis. There is no startup fee but we do require a minimum one-year commitment.
We offer three types of service bundles:
Novice Package: Medical Records Review, Psych Testing Materials (If Applicable), Billing and Scheduling Services, Content Editing, Supervision, Report Feedback
Intermediate Package: Medical Records Review, Psych Testing Materials (If Applicable), Billing & Scheduling Services
Expert Package: Billing and Scheduling Services
Payment will be distributed within 5 business days of CMEB’s receipt of payment from the insurance adjuster. Our average collection time is 28.5 days.
Currently we only offer support to QME providers but we are looking to expand to other medical professionals in the future. We offer administrative support for QME providers of all disciplines and will soon be adding administrative support services for VA comp & pen evaluations, IMEs and other medical evaluations.
